1、具备互联网移动端C端产品设计经验； 2、具备优秀的视觉审美与设计品位，注重细节，对用户体验品质有极致追求，能敏锐识别体验问题并积极推动解决； 3、有清晰的产品思维和用户同理心，能站在用户角度思考流程和场景； 4、具备良好的产品思维与用户视角，能在复杂业务流程中梳理出优雅高效的设计路径； 5、善于将AIGC、Agent等工具融入设计流程，乐于持续学习与探索前沿技术。
