1、负责专业内容生态产品设计：覆盖创作工具、作者体验、作者增长、作者变现、OGC版权合作、IP宣发与消费、音乐发行链路、短剧及剧独立端等； 2、深度参与业务决策：具有敏锐的产品判断和数据洞察力，从业务目标、用户需求和数据角度出发，提出具有判断力和影响力的设计方案，并积极推动上线验证； 3、推动产品创新与探索：围绕创作者生态、内容消费、AI工作流等方向持续探索创新体验，推动设计影响业务，并沉淀可复用的方法与能力； 4、打造高品质产品体验：有设计品位和体验敏锐度，持续优化体验，对产品体验负责； 5、探索AI驱动的新工作方式：积极实践AI工具、AI Coding等新能力，提升设计效率，加速想法验证，并不断优化团队设计工作流。

1、本科及以上学历，有内容产品、创作工具、国际化产品设计经验优先； 2、扎实的UX/UI/视觉能力，能够独立负责复杂产品设计项目，兼具产品思维、视觉表达和体验细节把控能力； 3、具备良好的产品思维和数据意识，能从复杂业务中主动发现和定义问题，并推动方案落地验证； 4、对AI、新工具、新工作方式保持好奇心，能够积极实践，并持续将AI融入设计工作流； 5、能够快速探索，把设计思考转化成高保真、可交互的Demo，加速业务验证与迭代； 6、具备优秀的沟通协作能力，乐于接受反馈，能够推动跨团队合作，高效完成复杂项目，具备快速学习、自我驱动和持续迭代能力，善于总结沉淀，将经验转化为可复用的方法和影响力，关注全球产品，对国际化设计、内容生态及创作者社区有持续关注和自己的理解。
