1、负责国际化生活服务联盟运营方向，通过货品特征刻画、商家特性、不同市场差异化用户需求等，搭建联盟货品识别体系及内容营销策略，推动策略落地及持续迭代，带动整体交易GMV提升； 2、围绕货品及内容营销特征，设计商家及达人差异化撮合解决方案，建立不同市场/时令/人群/品类等的组合整合营销模式体系，带动不同商家分层的合作预算及投放规模化提升； 3、结合不同市场撮合特征，协同上下游团队建立商家、机构、服务商体系，提升生态丰富及驱动长期业务增长。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上产品运营工作经验，有商家达人撮合、电商商家/货盘、作者联盟等运营相关经验者优先； 2、有较强的逻辑、反思能力，策略运营基本功扎实，有良好的数据分析能力，具备通过策略产品手段解决业务问题的相关案例/经验，目标导向强； 3、自驱能力强、喜欢挑战，不断探索新行业、新的解决方案，对业务能输出深入浅出的见解； 4、英语流利；如有日语、印尼语等小语种能力是加分项。
