1、负责处理TikTok相关产品线（短视频/直播/社交等）上存在的各类业务安全问题，识别作弊用户，包括色情导流、欺诈、赌博、黑灰产等； 2、利用CV/NLP/行为序列模型/图算法（Graph）等人工智能技术，开发模型并落地应用到TikTok各场景，从海量图像、视频、文本、行为、社交关系中识别出风险用户和内容； 3、研发业内领先的内容风控解决方案，与作弊用户进行对抗，分析与挖掘数据潜在关联，建立作弊风险感知体系，提前发现业务风险，为业务保驾护航。

1、2027届获得硕士及以上学位，计算机科学与技术、人工智能相关专业优先； 2、在CV/NLP/Sequence/Graph的某个领域有较深入的研究，包括但不限于：图像/视频分类和识别、目标检测、无监督/半监督学习、文本分类、文本挖掘，序列建模，图模型等； 3、熟悉C++、Java、Python中的一种或多种编程技术，编程能力强，了解大数据处理技术（Hive/Spark/Flink），善于学习应用业界领先数据架构和技术； 4、实践动手能力强，对深度学习模型的训练和部署熟悉，能够将算法应用在风控业务中并验证效果； 5、优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决具有挑战性问题充满激情； 6、有风控算法研发经验者优先。
