1、风险识别与治理：负责TikTok直播场景下的生态安全及资金风控的算法体系建设； 2、模型建设与优化：基于海量多模态数据（文本、图像、音频、行为序列），构建高精准度、低延迟的风险识别模型； 3、对抗与应急响应：深入理解黑产攻击手段，通过数据分析与挖掘，快速响应新型风险，设计具备高鲁棒性的对抗策略； 4、前沿技术落地：探索并应用Agentic AI（智能体）、LLM Post-training（大模型后训练） 及多模态预训练等技术，提升复杂风险场景下的自动化决策与推理能力。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、数学、统计学或相关专业； 2、拥有扎实的机器学习、深度学习理论基础，熟悉常用的分类、聚类、序列预测算法（如XGBoost、DeepFM、Transformer等）； 3、具备优秀的编码能力，熟练掌握Python/C++/Go中至少一门语言，熟悉TensorFlow/PyTorch等主流框架，有大规模分布式系统开发经验者优先； 4、逻辑思维清晰，对数据敏感，对解决风控对抗问题充满热情，具备良好的沟通协作能力； 5、加分项： 1）Agentic AI实战经验：有基于LLM构建智能体（Agent）解决复杂任务规划、工具调用或自动化决策的经验； 2）大模型调优能力：熟悉RLHF、SFT等Post-training技术，有将大模型应用于垂直领域（Vertical LLM）落地的成功案例； 3）多模态算法专长：在多模态表示学习（Multimodal Representation Learning）、视频理解或跨模态检索方面有深入研究； 4）行业经验：具有互联网社区内容风控、直播安全或反欺诈相关工作经验。
