1、负责TikTok生活服务产品增长流量体系的整体规划与能力建设，主导站内流量玩法、商业化裂变、站外付费投放及SEO站内引流的全链路设计，对新增用户、DAU及流量转化效率等核心增长目标负责； 2、深入理解站内流量分发逻辑与站外投放机制，结合业务目标制定流量增长策略，推进站内玩法创新与站外投放规模化获客，确保有效&可持续的流量增长； 3、负责商业化裂变玩法、付费投放承接、SEO引流策略设计，对裂变系数、投放ROI及自然流量占比负责，持续优化流量获取成本与用户承接体验，提升用户激活率与长期留存，推动业务增量达成； 4、通过数据分析、渠道监控与实验验证，持续洞察各流量渠道的效率瓶颈与增长机会，迭代站内玩法、裂变机制及投放策略，构建健康可持续的多渠道流量增长体系； 5、协同投放、运营、技术和SEO等团队，推动流量产品多方资源整合与能力落地，确保流量增长策略与业务目标对齐。

1、3年及以上互联网增长产品经验，有站内流量玩法、裂变增长、付费投放或SEO引流相关经验者优先； 2、具备出色的流量策略设计与系统化产品规划能力，能够独立负责复杂增长项目从0到1的搭建与迭代； 3、具备较强的业务思维与增长敏感度，能够将业务目标转化为清晰的流量策略，并对新增、DAU、ROI等核心指标负责； 4、具备优秀的数据分析、渠道洞察和实验驱动能力，能通过数据定位问题并推动产品决策； 5、具备良好的沟通协作与项目推动能力，能在多团队协作中有效整合资源、达成业务目标。
