1、负责TikTok生活服务直播间FYP（For You Page）推荐策略的整体规划与能力建设，主导推荐页、推荐标签体系及直播间流量策略的全链路设计，对直播内容分发效率、看播用户规模及业务增长目标负责； 2、深入理解直播内容生态与用户行为，结合业务目标制定推荐页与标签体系的流量分发策略，推进直播间流量获取与转化效率提升，确保有效&规模化的直播流量增长； 3、负责推荐标签建设&直播间流量策略&内容冷启动设计，对推荐精准度、标签渗透率及直播间进房率负责，持续优化推荐算法逻辑与流量承接体验，提升用户观看时长与互动深度，推动业务增量达成； 4、通过用户调研、行为数据分析与实验验证，持续洞察直播推荐体验与分发瓶颈，迭代推荐页策略、标签体系及直播间流量机制，构建健康可持续的直播内容分发体系。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上策略产品经验，有直播推荐、内容分发或流量策略相关经验者优先； 2、具备出色的推荐策略设计与系统化产品规划能力，能够独立负责复杂推荐场景从0到1的搭建与迭代，具备基础推荐策略能力与算法理解力； 3、具备较强的业务思维与数据敏感度，能够将业务目标转化为清晰的推荐策略，并对推荐精准度、直播间流量、用户留存等核心指标负责； 4、熟悉推荐系统机制与标签体系设计，对直播内容推荐、直播间流量策略有实际经验者优先； 5、具备良好的沟通协作与项目推动能力，能在多团队协作中有效整合资源、达成业务目标，有创业精神，能接受模糊地带，灵活应变。
