团队介绍：国际化内容安全算法研究团队致力于为字节跳动国际化产品的用户维护安全可信赖环境，通过开发、迭代机器学习模型和信息系统以更早、更快发掘风险、监控风险、响应紧急事件，团队同时负责产品基座大模型的研发，我们在研发过程中需要解决数据合规、模型推理能力、多语种性能优化等方面的问题，从而为平台上的内容审核、搜索、推荐等多项业务提供安全合规，性能优越的基座模型。

1、参与大模型（LLM/VLM）在账号与互动安全场景中的研发与优化，覆盖评论、私信、账号资料、图片、视频及账号行为等多种内容和实体形态； 2、参与多模态理解、长上下文建模、用户行为建模，以及内容、行为与上下文联合理解等方向的探索； 3、参与大模型Continued Pre-training、SFT、RL等训练与优化工作，包括数据构建、模型训练、评测分析和效果迭代； 4、参与内容安全数据与评测体系建设，通过数据分析和实验发现问题，持续推动模型能力提升； 5、与产品、运营和工程团队协作，将算法能力应用到真实业务场景中，解决实际的内容安全问题； 6、关注大模型、多模态和Agent等前沿技术，探索其在内容理解、风险识别和审核决策中的应用。

1、2027届获得硕士及以上学位，计算机或相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的机器学习基础和良好的编程能力，在机器学习、自然语言处理、计算机视觉等相关领域发表过论文，或在相关竞赛、开源项目中有突出表现者优先； 3、对人工智能技术保持好奇心和热情，能够快速学习新知识，并主动借助大模型等工具提升学习、研究和工作效率； 4、具备较强的问题意识和独立思考能力，能够从复杂现象中发现关键问题，提出假设，并通过实验和数据验证判断； 5、具备较强的主动性和结果意识，不局限于完成明确任务，愿意深入理解问题并持续推动解决； 6、具备良好的沟通与协作能力，能够与不同背景的合作方共同探索方案，并推动方案在真实业务中落地。
