1、制定并与相关内部利益相关方合作实施外包改进计划，例如人为错误纠正措施、流程优化、工具升级、政策优化等，针对人审、标注、客服等； 2、为外包供应商制定服务水平协议和义务，包括质量水平指标，确保其满足项目要求；定期编制和提交有关供应商绩效、风险、机遇和其他相关指标的详细报告，利用显示性比较优势指数（RCA）并及时解决外包相关问题； 3、监督外包供应商（BPO）并与之建立关系，确保外包管理符合我们的项目要求、生产率和成本效益； 4、收集、评估和管理来自不同内部利益相关者的项目要求，如标签、交付、审核、服务，并制定和交付项目计划以满足要求； 5、选择、评估和上线潜在的外包供应商，并管理与他们的合同条款，与当前和潜在的业务流程外包供应商谈判合同和条款。

1、本科及以上学历； 2、熟练使用查询和分析工具并进行数据分析者优先（例如SQL、Python、Excel）；优秀的英语口语和书面沟通能力，包括书面制定和沟通复杂政策和流程的能力； 3、有1年以上涉及业务流程外包运营（包括交付、标签、审核或服务）的工作经验，在电子商务或O2O行业； 4、深入了解业务流程外包管理，包括需求管理、标准作业程序（SOP）制定、服务水平协议（SLA）、生产率和质量水平相关指标，以及业务流程外包劳动力规划和管理，熟悉业务流程外包行业，包括其发展趋势和最佳实践； 5、出色的报告撰写和演讲技能，该职位要求具备综合研究和分析的能力，并能以清晰、有条理的书面形式向管理层和利益相关者介绍成果和提出建议； 6、具备战略思维、计划管理和沟通技能，能够管理和推动复杂的项目，并影响多个跨职能团队；积极主动、独立、有上进心，能够适应环境，可以同时处理多个优先级事项。
