1、本科及以上学历，有互联网活动策划、策略运营及分析、战略、经营及商业分析、国际化产品用户增长工作经验优先，有直播或泛娱乐产品经验加分； 2、英语沟通流利，可作为工作语言； 3、具备优秀的数据分析能力，对数据敏感度高，能洞察数据背后的原因，独立思考并归纳总结； 4、具备优秀的逻辑理解和分析能力，对问题有敏锐的洞察力，善于总结归纳，擅长把握用户心理； 5、沟通与执行力强，能出色地跨多部门、团队沟通协作，具备项目管理能力，能够适应不同类型的沟通对象，顺利推进项目落地。
