1、参与TikTok创作灵感平台的产品功能和策略迭代，主动挖掘用户需求和业务改进点，提升作者体验； 2、深入短视频创作场景，探索前沿AI智能创作体验，找到业务结合机会点，转化可落地产品方案； 3、与产品设计、算法研发、运营等团队深入合作，协调各方资源，帮助团队高效完成目标； 4、关注TikTok内容社区产品行业动向，产出相关调研，跟进创作体验和工具服务的迭代探索。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能、统计学等相关专业优先； 2、优秀的逻辑思维、数据洞察、沟通表达能力，目标和结果导向； 3、对内容/社区方向保持充分的热情和好奇心，对全球主流内容/社区/创作/工具产品有所洞察； 4、热爱体验AIGC前沿工具，对短视频创作场景的落地结合点有独立思考和见解； 5、有相关内容产品实习或创作、创业经历优先。
