1、支持TikTok垂类创作者运营工作，通过产品运营、数据分析、活动策略等中台化手段，提升优质内容供给，促进创作者和机构账号持续成长； 2、日常监控核心数据并对数据异动进行分析，确保数据准确性和分析完整性，洞察输出有效结论，为运营决策提供支持，完成周报更新； 3、参与垂类内容标准制定工作，定期进行内容标注、理解和分析工作； 4、灵活通过各种方式进行市场信息扫描，迅速为业务提供有价值信息和建议。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、学习能力强； 3、具备SQL等统计软件经验者优先； 4、优秀的英文听说读写能力； 5、每周能保证实习4天及以上，实习时间不低于4个月。
