日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、依据治理政策进行审查，挖掘新风险，评估审核策略； 2、定期巡查，依据关键词等评估线上生态风险，通过质量检查、培训等方式提升审核标注质量； 3、通过案例审查和分析定位问题，评估模型和相应策略的效果，同时开展归因分析、数据回扫，并对确认风险执行处置； 4、依据各方反馈设计新思路（例如关键字、抽样方法等），寻找新风险与漏放，执行风控方案，响应临时需求与升级。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、熟悉互联网治理或风险管理相关工作者优先； 3、能熟练运用英文进行口头及书面表达，善于沟通交流，具备出色的统筹协调多协作方的能力； 4、拥有良好的数据解释与分析能力，能熟练使用仪表板工具或查询语言，在工作中能更高效地处理数据； 5、工作态度积极主动，具备较强的独立性，能够妥善处理多项优先事务，同时深知团队合作的重要性，善于协同团队成员共同推进工作。
