1、负责国际化短视频产品的数据分析工作，对用户增长、留存等关键业务指标进行分析，并提供数据支持和决策建议；搭建增长指标体系与目标管理机制，建设并迭代数据可视化体系，为业务增长提供数据洞察和分析支持； 2、与产品、策略、营销、研发等部门紧密配合，推进结论落地，并带来业务全局提升； 3、设计A/B实验、因果推断模型等分析方案，对业务优化和决策结论做验证或推演，提供高效的分析方法； 4、负责对业务增长驱动因素的拆解和诊断，对数据异动进行排查归因，并建设自动化异动归因工具； 5、在支持业务发展中，善于思考、总结，沉淀增长分析方法论与数据效率工具。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，数学、统计学、计算机科学与技术、软件工程、数据科学等相关专业优先； 2、具备数据分析实习经验，有用户增长方面的经验者优先考虑； 3、熟练掌握数据分析和建模的技能，熟悉数据挖掘、机器学习、A/B实验、因果推断等分析方法； 4、熟练使用Hive，精通SQL、Excel、Python、R等数据分析工具和编程语言； 5、有责任心和好奇心，具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与不同背景的团队成员协作完成任务； 6、具备较强的数据敏感性和商业敏感性，能够通过数据分析和建模为业务增长提供决策支持。
