1、负责TikTok社区的账号生态方向下的问题发现和策略迭代，包括但不限于账号冷启动，账号生态治理，账号激励扶持等，为创作者生态的平衡与健康发展服务； 2、通过问题发现、指标建设、内容打标、策略设计、模型建设等方式落地策略达成目标； 3、与算法、数据、运营团队紧密合作，有效推进项目进行和落地。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、统计学等相关专业优先； 2、理解推荐系统的基本原理，有基本的用户理解、行业洞察、数据分析能力（需熟练掌握SQL），能基于明确的业务场景和用户诉求设计策略方案，高效推动策略落地； 3、有很好的学习理解能力、逻辑思维能力、跨团队协作能力，有强烈的自驱力和责任心，对数据敏感，结果导向； 4、良好的英文沟通协作和项目管理能力。
