团队介绍：TikTok搜推算法团队，负责TikTok短视频产品的基础推荐、搜索算法，加入我们，你能接触到包括搜索、用户增长、社交、直播、内容创造、内容消费等核心业务场景，直接为核心用户体验负责，支持产品在全球赛道上高速发展。我们的工作内容包括大规模推荐算法的优化、复杂约束的优化问题的解决、多模态大模型的落地，并着力研究下一代AI Search和Chatbot的核心研发技术，包括不限于Multi-Agent、Agentic RL、Harness、Loop Engineering，探索强化学习在大模型时代的新范式。在这里，你可以深入钻研机器学习算法的改进和优化，探索前沿的技术；可以感受不同文化的碰撞，激发认知；可以通过对产品和内容生态的深度分析，影响产品未来的发展方向。

1、建设面向TikTok内容理解与推荐场景的多模态大模型（VLM）基模能力，开展VLM全流程训练，包括Pre-training、SFT、RL等环节；探索原生多模态建模、推荐行为Co-training等前沿方向； 2、为推荐业务提供高质量的视频内容表征，支持推荐下游应用；探索Promotable Embedding、Reasoning Embedding、End-to-End Tokenizer等方向，提升内容表征的语义表达、可泛化性和业务可用性； 3、与推荐算法团队深度协作，推动内容理解能力在推荐链路中的规模化落地，并探索下一代推荐系统范式，包括Agentic Recommendation、生成式推荐、Vision-Language-Recommendation统一建模等方向。

1、2027届获得硕士及以上学位，计算机等相关专业优先； 2、计算机科学基础扎实，具备优秀的工程实现能力；熟悉大模型训练&推理框架； 3、具备出色的实验设计、分析和问题解决能力，能够定位并解决模型训练、数据构建、效果评估和业务落地中的复杂问题； 4、具备良好的沟通协作能力和负责人意识，能够与推荐算法&工程团队协作，推动技术方案从探索走向线上应用； 5、在多模态、大模型、推荐系统等方向主导过有影响力项目，或发表过高水平论文者优先； 6、有搜索、广告、推荐等大规模工业场景中的内容理解、表征学习或大模型应用经验者优先。
