1、为德国市场撰写TikTok直播活动内容，并对内容质量负责，在快节奏的环境中完成高质量的内容设计工作； 2、与产品、运营、设计及本地化团队密切合作，设定整体用户体验的高标准，与相关合作方按照优先级共同推进项目，发现协作流程中的优化空间，提升团队协作效率，同时协作沟通、发挥影响力，推动达成共识，妥善整合各方反馈； 3、确保全球活动德语本地化与本地活动德语内容的一致性，为内容标准做出贡献，成为最佳实践的倡导者。

1.Write and own the quality of TikTok LIVE campaigns for the German market, and complete high-quality work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment; 2.Collaborate closely with product managers, product operations, regional operations, designers, and localization to set a high bar for overall user experience, manage and prioritize projects with multiple stakeholders, identify process improvements to optimize collaboration, and collaborate with, influence, and drive consensus with stakeholders and their feedback; 3.Ensure consistency between global campaigns localized into German and local campaigns written in German, contribute to our content standards and be a champion for best practices.

1.Proficient in German and advanced business English Skills; 2.Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product teams; 3.Entrepreneurial attitude, ability to deal with rapid changes and situations that are not ideal; 4.Writing portfolio including, but not limited to:UI copies and campaigns, blog posts, product launch content, email newsletters, style guide additions.

Priority： 1.Experience in content design; 2.Experience in digital writing for websites and campaigns; 3.Experience working on a global product with international partners; 4.Experience working in live-streaming business; 5.Gain in-depth insights into social media and mobile app users in the EU region.
