团队介绍：TikTok Search 团队面向TikTok搜索业务，支撑海量流量的高并发、高性能、高可用搜索基础架构与业务中台。我们长期深耕搜索引擎检索、相关性/个性化排序、算法服务与深度学习工程，打造了覆盖多地区、多数据中心的搜索系统架构。面向大模型时代，我们将生成式搜索、SVLM相关性排序、个性化推荐、多模态理解等多项前沿技术深度融入搜索全链路，持续构建高效、稳定、可扩展的大模型基础设施，同时也积极探索新的搜索范式如视搜、AI搜，和使用 AI Coding 大幅加速搜索系统重构与演进，为TikTok搜索业务提供强有力且可持续演进的技术基座。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与旗下TikTok搜索架构工作，解决推荐系统的架构优化问题； 2、参与合理的稳定性、容灾、研发效率、成本等体系建设，提升TikTok搜索服务的稳定； 3、持续探索优化召回、粗排、精排、Agent等在线服务，提升整体系统的可行性，同时降低系统的成本； 4、持续推动架构重构与演进，降低系统维护成本、提升系统性能和易用性； 5、与算法同学一起进行搜索的需求支持，确保业务的高效迭代。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、掌握扎实的计算机基础知识，深入理解数据结构、算法和操作系统知识； 3、有强烈的求知欲，快速学习和沟通能力； 4、编程能力扎实，有良好的编程习惯； 5、有ICPC/CCPC/NOI/IOI等相关竞赛获奖经历优先。
