1、参与全球商品库建设，探索NLP技术、图像识别、多模态知识推理等技术在商品内容理解的应用，挖掘多维度商品属性，进行商品结构化处理； 2、负责商品、商家、品牌等多元消重系统搭建，运用多模态技术攻克海量数据实时流式聚合、多粒度聚合、跨语言聚合等技术难点； 3、负责电商比价系统设计和搭建，运用机器学习和深度学习相关技术，进行商品比价、商品定价和价格监控和预警，支持百亿补贴等重要业务场景； 4、负责多语言多模态大模型在上述场景中的基建和应用，充分挖掘MLLM潜力，攻克国际化电商场景中面临的多语言、缺乏标注数据等难点； 5、参与数据到业务落地全流程，包括但不限于数据处理、数据分析、特征工程、算法模型设计、评估、迭代，并持续探索最前沿技术。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，人工智能、计算机、数学相关专业优先； 2、在NLP、CV、多模态某个领域有较深入的研究，包括但不限于：大模型、多语言NLP、图像理解、多模态、小样本学习等； 3、熟悉PyTorch/TensorFlow其中一种或多种框架模型的训练和部署，了解混合精度训练、分布式训练、TensorRT部署等； 4、有较强的实践能力，在NLP/多模态检索方向有项目经验者优先，在Kaggle、COCO、ActivityNet、ICPC、NOI/IOI等比赛获奖者优先； 5、算法技术领先，在顶级学术会议/期刊发表论文者优先； 6、能与团队融洽合作相处，积极主动有热情。
