1、负责英国电商Fulfillment相关商务工作，覆盖本地履约物流、仓储履约服务、仓内设备及运营耗材等采购品类，包括供应商筛选、市场对标、商务谈判及合作落地； 2、围绕电商履约全链路，持续优化仓配履约成本与服务质量，通过引入优质供应商、优化采购与定价机制，提升整体供应保障能力和平台物流竞争力，基于对电商业务模式、商品品类特征、仓储运营需求及区域业务增长趋势的理解，制定年度及季度采购策略、预算规划及资源配置方案； 3、负责仓储履约相关供应商全生命周期管理： 1）涵盖仓储服务商、仓内操作支持服务商、设备供应商及耗材供应商的开发、引入、评估和优化； 2）搭建并持续完善供应商资源池，建立供应商分层管理和绩效评估机制，支持供应商引入及退出决策，确保采购合规、风险可控及本地供应资源充足； 4、负责仓内运营耗材采购管理，包括但不限于包装材料、标签、胶带、托盘、周转箱及其他仓内日常消耗物资，建立合理的采购、补货及成本管控机制，维护与物流服务商及仓内供应商的长期合作关系，在业务高峰期及促销活动期间推动运力、仓储资源、设备保障及耗材供应的提前规划与稳定交付； 5、与产品、运营、仓储、法务、财务等跨职能团队紧密协作，推动合同签署、价格更新、供应商准入、设备交付、库存保障及履约流程优化等项目落地，开展市场分析、行业对标及价格趋势研究，洞察英国本地仓储履约、设备及耗材市场变化，为采购策略制定和管理决策提供支持。

1、本科及以上学历，物流管理、供应链管理、采购管理、国际贸易、工商管理等相关专业优先； 2、具备5年及以上物流采购、仓储采购、履约运营、电商供应链或采购商务工作经验；有电商平台、仓储履约或物流供应链行业经验者优先； 3、具备本地履约物流、仓储服务、仓内设备或耗材等相关采购经验者优先，熟悉多品类采购管理及供应商协同机制； 4、需负责审核代理商/服务商合作协议并维护稳定合作关系，因此要求具备较强的中文书面能力，能够准确理解和审核合同条款；同时具备良好的中文口头沟通能力，能够高效推动跨团队协作； 5、熟悉电商履约全链路及仓内运营场景，包括入库、上架、仓储、库存管理、分拣、包装、出库、干线运输及最后一公里配送，并理解相关成本结构及关键运营指标； 6、具备扎实的商务谈判能力、较强的成本意识、供应商管理能力和项目推进能力，能够独立负责复杂采购项目并推动结果落地。

加分项 1、有英国本地仓储、履约中心或物流供应链资源者优先，熟悉英国市场供应商生态及商业合作模式； 2、能够适应高绩效团队工作方式和电商行业快速变化的节奏，具备较强的问题解决能力和结构化思考能力； 3、数据分析能力强，熟练使用Excel及BI工具，能够基于运营和采购数据识别问题，并形成可执行的优化方案； 4、具备优秀的沟通表达和跨团队协作能力，能够接受在英国境内的高频出差。
