1、重点支持东南亚电商业务，深度BP业务团队，为合作方提供策略设计、分析和落地支持，从战略+数据视角，思考和发现业务增长本质与规律，推动解决问题； 2、兼顾平台电商业务、产业/价值链参与方双重视角的分析，包括不限于流量效率，用户行为，核心角色等； 3、深度配合业务团队，基于专项分析和调研结论，产出策略建议，并推动解决方案落地； 4、主动发现问题和业务痛点，并输出短中长期可落地的解决方案、推进各方落地； 5、通过内外部调研、市场研究和垂直行业研究，为业务决策提供有力支持。

1、具备1年或以上企业战略/分析相关工作经验，具有良好的硬技能（包括数据分析、报告撰写等）； 2、有较多独立完成复杂研究课题的拆解（特别是企业内部视角的分析）、推动的经验，能够把控项目节奏并有效协同大量业务方/合作方； 3、对电商业务有热情、有基本意识； 4、熟练的英语听说能力，可使用作为工作语言者优先。
