1、根据业务的战略目标与方向，负责数据统计分析，进行定期追踪，针对异常情况协调资源进行跟踪和深入分析，服务于业务增长的重要问题； 2、参与各类电商专项分析工作，优化数据分析体系，迅速定位内部问题或发现机会，协助进行数据提取、加工、处理分析、图表制作，撰写业务分析报告； 3、通过数据分析和模型测算，优化各类测算模型； 4、深入理解业务，进行跨团队协作，协助推动落地。

1、本科及以上学历在读，统计/经济/管理等相关专业优先； 2、英语能够作为工作语言；有咨询公司、PEVC实习经历，电商平台实习经验优先； 3、具有行业研究分析的基本能力，具备良好的分析技能（包括但不限于Excel，SQL及可视化分析工具，如模型搭建，数据分析，问题拆解等）； 4、具备较强的学习能力，好奇心，自驱力及结构化思维；有责任心，良好的沟通能力，能较好配合团队工作； 5、实习期保证6个月以上，每周工作4天以上，能长期实习优先。
