日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、深入参与国际化电商业务，重点负责英国及欧洲机构运营工作及AIGC相关专项在实际业务场景中的落地执行； 2、负责商品策略圈选，结合电商商品孵化节奏、热销趋势，精准选出高潜力商品通过短视频等形式孵化； 3、协助机构运营相关活动的策划与上线，面向多个机构有效透明传输商品信息和利益点，统计机构日常运营数据，并通过数据调整机构运营策略； 4、利用AI工具为日常工作流程提效，包括但不限于选品、商品推荐、数据看板等，能独立拆解复杂问题，并给出有效解法。

1、本科及以上学历在读，市场营销、电子商务等相关专业优先； 2、每周可出勤5天，能尽快到岗，base上海； 3、熟悉市面上主流的大模型产品，对视频生成平台有自己独特的见解，具备较强的逻辑思维，能独立思考并拆解业务问题； 4、对电商行业有一定了解，或有相关电商/运营实习经历优先； 5、具备较强的责任心，沟通表达清晰，具有优秀的团队协作精神； 6、熟悉主流电商商品类目，对特定类目的商品趋势有敏锐度者优先，是视频大模型（AIGC）的深度使用者，有实际生成作品、Prompt调优经验或AI提效实操案例者优先。
