日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、数据监控与看板建设：负责TikTok Shop国际化多市场数据的日常监控，基于业务逻辑，利用内部数据平台搭建并维护数据看板，确保指标（如GMV、转化率、留存等）的可视化呈现； 2、专项下钻与归因分析：通过SQL/Python以及合适的AI工具提取并清洗海量电商数据，针对业务波动进行多维度的下钻分析，产出归因报告，为业务策略提供定量支持； 3、实验与模型支持：参与A/B Test实验设计、样本评估及显著性检验，协助应用基础机器学习模型（如回归、分类、聚类等）进行策略模拟与效果评估。

1、本科及以上学历在读，数学、统计学、计算机、数据科学、经济学或商业分析等相关专业优先； 2、熟练掌握SQL、Python和Excel，必须熟练掌握至少一种专业数据可视化工具或BI软件（如Tableau、Power BI、FineBI、Looker等），具备优秀的图表呈现与指标拆解逻辑； 3、具备夯实的统计学基础及各类统计检验方法，熟悉A/B Test相关知识（如实验设计、显著性检验等），熟悉基础的机器学习模型（如回归、分类、聚类等）及其基本原理； 4、具备较强的逻辑拆解能力，聪明好学，工作严谨细致，对数据准确性负责，能在取数与看板维护中保持高度耐心，拥有强烈的自驱力与勤奋意识； 5、熟悉AI工具在数据分析场景的应用，能借助AI辅助完成SQL编写、代码调试、数据清洗与分析报告撰写，并对AI输出结果具备准确性验证意识； 6、有咨询公司、PE/VC（私募或风投）相关实习经验者优先，具备电商行业或跨境贸易业务背景者优先，英语流利可作为工作语言进行报告阅读及日常业务沟通，每周到岗3天及以上、持续实习3个月以上、近期入职者优先。
