日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与平台大促项目的运营落地，协助大促PM进行项目进度统筹、关键节点跟进、跨团队信息同步等工作；支持促中数据走查与问题排查，跟进核心指标表现，及时发现异常并协助推动相关团队定位和解决问题； 2、负责大促期间营销资源位配置与上线跟进，包括活动页面、资源位、权益玩法、商品/商家信息等内容的整理、配置和检查； 3、协助专项活动的招商、活动复盘，协助整理商家/商品/资源位/玩法效果数据，输出阶段性总结和优化建议； 4、支持产品运营相关对接，与产品、行业运营、数据分析、设计及本地团队协作，推动重点项目落地。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、每周可实习4-5天，需保证至少3个月实习时间；良好的逻辑思维能力与数据分析能力，熟练使用办公软件，英文读写能力强； 3、对电商行业有基本了解，熟悉东南亚电商及TikTok Shop更优； 4、耐心负责，具备良好的团队协作能力，自我驱动，期待在赛道中发展成长； 5、英语听说读写流利。
