日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责物流业务的日常数据统计与分析，持续跟踪指标，针对异常情况协调相关资源进行跟进和深入分析； 2、协助分析师开展数据洞察及定性、定量分析，快速定位物流运营中的问题或发现潜在业务机会； 3、协助完善数据分析体系，包括指标梳理、数据报表制作、日常监控及分析流程优化； 4、参与物流相关专项分析，完成数据提取、加工、清洗和验证，并形成结构清晰的分析结论； 5、与物流运营及相关团队保持沟通，理解实际业务需求，为运营改进和业务决策提供数据支持。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、统计、数学、物流、供应链、经济、商业分析等相关专业优先； 2、有数据分析、物流分析等相关实习经历，制作过数据报表，或熟悉数据提取、清洗、加工和校验流程者优先； 3、英语可作为工作语言，能够使用英语进行日常沟通、资料阅读及工作协作； 4、熟练使用SQL、Excel，掌握Python等至少一种脚本语言，熟悉常用的数据统计、加工和分析方法； 5、具备良好的逻辑思维、业务理解和快速学习能力，对数字敏感，热爱数据分析工作，具备良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神、主动意识和责任心； 6、每周希望实习5天，至少可实习4天，能够连续实习4个月及以上。
