1、负责欧美商城核心场域的策略运营工作，围绕首页、频道、活动等关键场景，结合用户浏览、决策和购买路径，制定差异化运营策略，提升用户对商城的认知、使用习惯与购买效率； 2、围绕拉新、留存、转化等业务目标，结合用户分层、流量分发和营销机制设计商城增长策略，持续优化不同场景下的承接效率、转化效率和用户生命周期运营效果，驱动商城用户规模与交易增长； 3、深入分析欧美市场用户需求、消费偏好和购物认知，联动供给、产品、营销等团队，推动更符合用户预期的商品、内容和活动供给建设，提升优质供给与用户需求的匹配效率； 4、结合AI能力探索更智能的用户洞察、策略识别和运营提效方式，提升用户触达效率、策略迭代效率与运营决策质量，推动欧美商城运营模式持续创新。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，数据科学、计算机、AI等相关专业优先； 2、对电商、策略运营、用户增长、平台型业务或AI应用方向有浓厚兴趣，具备较强的好奇心和业务敏感度；具备良好的逻辑分析能力和结构化思考能力，能够从用户群体、消费场景、供给匹配和业务目标出发，拆解问题并形成清晰的策略判断； 3、具备较好的数据意识、学习能力和策略思维，能够通过数据分析、用户反馈和行业观察发现问题与机会，并推动策略优化和迭代落地； 4、具备良好的沟通协作能力、责任心和自驱力，能够与产品、供给、营销、研发、数据等团队高效协同，英语可作为工作语言。
