1、负责商城首页与频道等核心用户场景的产品设计与体验优化，基于用户浏览、决策和购买路径，构建清晰高效的导购链路，提升用户对商城的认知、使用习惯与购买效率； 2、围绕拉新、留存、转化等业务目标，设计流量分配策略、频道承接机制和营销增长玩法，通过数据洞察持续优化用户分层、触达路径和转化效率，驱动商城用户规模与交易增长； 3、深入分析不同用户群体的需求、兴趣和消费认知，识别用户决策中的关键影响因素，牵引供给、运营等团队提供更适配用户需求的商品与内容供给，推动优质供给被更高效地发现和转化； 4、结合AI能力探索更智能的用户理解、内容组织、商品推荐和营销触达方式，提升用户触达效率与决策影响力，推动商城产品形态和增长模式持续创新。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，数据科学、计算机、AI等相关专业优先； 2、对电商、内容消费、用户增长、AI产品或平台型业务有浓厚兴趣；具备较强的好奇心和业务敏感度；具备良好的用户同理心和结构化思考能力，能够从用户群体、消费场景、决策链路和业务目标出发，清晰拆解问题并形成产品判断； 3、具备较好的数据意识、产品设计能力和学习能力，能够通过数据分析、用户反馈和行业观察发现机会，并推动方案验证和持续迭代； 4、具备良好的沟通协作能力、责任心和自驱力，能够与供给、运营、研发、设计、数据等团队高效协同，英语可作为工作语言。
