1、协助搭建达人教育内容体系，结合达人成长痛点与等级特点，梳理场景化教育素材、搭建内容框架，参与设计适配多渠道的达人赋能内容，助力达人提升内容创作质量与效果； 2、协助整理达人相关违规问题，配合完成合规教育内容的多渠道推送，助力提升达人合规认知，降低合作风险，提升品牌与达人撮合效率； 3、负责达人教育内容的本地化适配，结合日本市场特性与用户习惯，优化内容呈现形式，并配合完成多渠道内容推广触达，提升内容传播效果； 4、协助开展基础数据分析工作，整理达人内容触达、活动效果等相关数据，完成基础统计与简单分析，为内容优化和策略调整提供参考支撑； 5、配合团队完成日常协同支持，对接基础协作事务、完成内容样本打标及重点客户投诉排查辅助工作，保障达人教育运营相关工作有序推进。

1、本科及以上学历在读，日语专业优先； 2、语言能力：具备扎实的日语基础，N1及以上水平更佳，英语流利，可熟练进行日语读写、沟通，能精准理解日本法规及市场相关内容； 3、兴趣与经验：对电商、达人运营、内容创作或营销工作充满热情；有翻译、产品运营、内容创作、合规相关实践经验者优先；熟悉日本文化、电商市场特性者更佳； 4、能力素质：工作认真负责，责任心强、有耐心，具备良好的逻辑思维、团队协作能力和沟通能力，能高效对接需求、按时完成分配任务； 5、技能要求：具备基础的数据处理能力，可熟练使用Excel进行数据统计与分析；会使用Photoshop、剪映等设计/剪辑软件进行图片处理、视频制作者优先；能够使用AI工具进行内容创作； 6、到岗要求：每周线下到岗3-5个工作日，可保证长期实习者优先，可连续实习6个月以上，能稳定投入工作。
