日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、协助团队进行OKR/目标拆解、进度追踪与重点项目管理，推动关键事项按计划落地； 2、负责团队日报、周报、会议纪要及阶段性汇报材料的整理，提升信息同步效率； 3、借助AI工具辅助日常运营提效，包括信息整理、报告初稿生成、流程优化建议、沟通材料润色等； 4、参与内部流程梳理与优化，发现协作中的低效环节，结合工具化、自动化或AI能力提出改进方案； 5、维护和更新运营数据看板，协助进行数据整理、指标追踪与基础分析。

1、本科及以上学历在读，商科、管理、数据分析、信息系统、电商等相关背景优先； 2、逻辑清晰，具备较强的信息整理、结构化表达和项目跟进能力； 3、对运营管理、团队提效、项目管理或数据分析方向感兴趣； 4、熟练使用Excel和SQL等工具，具备基础数据处理能力； 5、对AI工具有基本了解或实际使用经验，愿意探索AI在信息处理、运营协作和流程提效中的应用。
