日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、数据处理与经营分析：独立完成日常数据提取、清洗与可视化，针对直播、短视频、广告等场景进行趋势分析、归因诊断、机会点探查，输出可落地的数据洞察； 2、策略支持与专题分析：协助完成内容和广告领域的专题分析，输出复盘报告与策略建议； 3、商家教育与触达：针对不同直播专项的商家群体，进行商家分层、触达策略与资源配置等工作； 4、跨团队协同落地：对接行业运营、商家管理等团队，同步分析结论，推动策略方案落地，并跟进效果闭环。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、对国际化电商、商业分析、策略运营有浓厚兴趣；有电商/短视频/直播相关经验优先，具备扎实的数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel，有SQL、Tableau、Power BI等工具经验优先； 3、具备优秀的逻辑思维能力和结构化表达能力，细致、严谨、有责任心，能高效推进多任务； 4、英语听说读写流利，能够以英语作为工作语言； 5、每周可保证至少4天实习，能稳定实习5-6个月。
