日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、平台高优货盘与达人策略支持； 1）策略分析：通过数据分析对商家进行分层，识别并建立联盟高优商家与高优货品池； 2）达人招募与分层：协助开展联盟达人招募，并通过数据分析识别具有高潜力的达人（High-Potential Creators）； 2、商家与达人撮合机制运营； 1）玩法匹配：针对不同层级的商家与达人，匹配并执行有效的撮合玩法与合作机制； 2）达人沟通：负责对重点达人进行策略教育与日常沟通（Outreach），提升其参与度和合作效率； 3、达人高优货盘榜单运营； 1）榜单执行：负责平台高优货盘“周度榜单（Weekly Ranking)”的完整落地，包括名单筛选、数据拉取与排名结果公示； 2）资源位维护：负责达人中心相关资源位（如横幅、推荐位）的配置，保障品牌活动信息高效触达目标达人； 3）数据协同：协助收集榜单达人的关键数据表现，为项目复盘提供基础素材； 4、达人高优货盘任务配置与运营； 1）任务配置：负责平台高优货盘激励任务的后台设置，准确配置任务准入门槛、考核指标与奖励发放逻辑； 2）效果监控：跟进任务上线后的运行状态，处理任务进度异常与达人侧显示问题，并定期分析任务的参与率与完成率，为策略优化提供支持； 5、团队横向支持； 1）数据分析：围绕达人策略相关主题，进行专项数据提取与分析； 2）流程优化：参与梳理团队内部SOP（标准操作流程）文档，提升跨团队协作效率。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、每周可实习5天，实习期不少于6个月；熟练掌握SQL与Excel（如VLOOKUP、数据透视表），能够高效完成数据清洗、比对与基础分析； 3、英语可作为基础工作语言（以听、读、写为主）； 4、学习能力强，能快速理解并消化不同任务的配置逻辑，具备举一反三和迭代创新的意识；能与多团队顺畅协作，具备良好的主动表达与项目推进能力； 5、强细节把控力：由于任务配置涉及真实预算，要求你具备复查意识，确保信息与操作的绝对准确； 6、有互联网运营实习经验，或熟悉电商激励机制者优先。
