日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与市场推广项目的规划，输出符合需求的策划方案，完成数据分析，并参与到项目的各个流程中； 2、负责轻量级的项目执行，包括与合作方的沟通、活动落地、效果反馈和整理等； 3、跟进市场合作项目中内外部合作资源的上线，跟进流程和资料整理； 4、定期进行活动前期调研，后期效果的数据整理、简单的数据分析、效果复盘，能进行内部项目汇报和优化方案输出。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、有较强的沟通力和执行力，能协助项目策划和落地，抓大放小、分清主次； 3、思维灵活，学习能力强，主动性强，能快速适应团队风格、工作内容，熟知工作目标并为之努力； 4、有较强的数据分析整理能力，对数据敏感细心，善于发现问题并优化迭代； 5、熟练掌握Excel等基本办公软件，英语可以作为工作语言。
