岗位介绍 TikTok Shop毕业生发展管培项目是专为高潜力本科应届生打造的定制化管理培训生计划，面向有志于搭建东南亚电商未来的人才。本项目为职场新人提供快速成长通道，助力大家在快速迭代的数字电商生态中，培养商业判断力、数据分析能力、精细化运营能力与跨部门统筹领导力。 入职起，你将深度承接业务工作，在电商团队轮岗。每段轮岗都会让你实操全链路业务：商家孵化成长、达人运营、大型营销活动落地、平台运营优化、复杂商业难题攻坚。 顺利完成全部轮岗后，你将胜任关键岗位，拥有持续成长空间，未来可成长为业务、运营或战略方向负责人。

轮岗方向 1、商家招募与孵化：通过商家拉新、入驻引导、培训扶持、成长孵化全流程助力新店起步。依托数据洞察、标准化运营手册、可规模化运营机制，帮助商家在平台实现业绩增长。 2、品类与达人增长：对接达人、网红、商家及品类团队，深化多方合作，优化商品内容曝光，驱动内容电商业绩增长。 3、营销活动管理：统筹全域营销活动，提升平台曝光、用户互动与商品交易总额（GMV）；负责活动策略制定、落地执行、数据复盘及活动后增长分析。 4、平台运营与商业分析：借助数据分析、流程优化、项目落地解决平台层面业务痛点，提升整体运营效率，助力业务达成增长目标。

项目期间你将轮换3-4个业务团队，轮岗时长根据业务需求调整。我们会结合你的个人偏好、优势与成长目标，打造沉浸式、针对性学习成长路径。

岗位职责 1、在TikTok Shop团队轮岗，建立完整的东南亚数字电商生态全局认知； 2、全链路支持商家招募孵化、达人合作、营销活动、平台运营、商业分析等增长项目； 3、拆解业务经营数据，挖掘增长洞察，输出可落地优化方案同步各业务负责人； 4、主导重点项目，提升商家经营成效、达人活跃度、用户体验、运营效率与整体商业收益； 5、联动产品、运营、品类、市场、达人、数据、战略等跨部门团队，协同解决各类业务难题；搭建标准化运营手册、落地长效运营机制、完善数据追踪体系，支撑业务可持续增长； 6、向直属领导、导师及业务高管清晰汇报分析结论、优化方案与项目推进进度；每段轮岗全程主动担责、保持求知欲、快速适应变化，具备较强落地执行意识。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，商科相关专业优先； 2、对电商、科技平台、消费品、达人经济、业务运营抱有浓厚兴趣； 3、具备用数据解决商业问题实操经验，熟练使用Excel、SQL、数据可视化看板、各类分析工具，或独立完成行业深度调研；梳理模糊业务问题、输出可行解决方案； 4、沟通表达清晰高效，可跨团队、跨市场协同多方对接人； 5、具备求知探索精神、快速学习能力、工作责任心；适应不确定性环境、学习速度快，擅长跨部门、多元文化团队协作。
