1、参与国际物流招标采购、供应商体系搭建及管理，支持采购策略制定与采购项目推进； 2、构建服务商等级分类和审核机制，组织开展服务商管理体系评审，涵盖成本、及时率、质量、稳定性等维度，推动服务商精细化管理； 3、依据年度及季度预算目标，参与执行计划与监控机制建设，推动招标采购相关指标达成； 4、梳理招标采购业务流程，识别并优化流程问题，提升业务开展效率，推动产品化和线上化建设； 5、优化业务标准操作流程，提升业务操作效率与合规水平，推动流程规范落地。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，物流、采购或相关专业优先； 2、英语可作为工作语言，具备跨文化理解能力、沟通协调能力与团队合作意识； 3、有国际物流、跨境电商、供应商管理或流程管理相关实习或项目经验者优先； 4、熟悉服务商管理方法和工具，了解跨境物流供应链流程、全球物流市场发展趋势及政策者优先； 5、具备风险意识、责任意识及问题分析解决能力。
