日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、执行、管理并优化活动，包括活动策划及执行，方法论及对接流程整理，完成活动总结；管理创意资产（H5页面、搜索横幅、海报、贴纸）的交付，管理流量以及所有相关活动文件； 2、商城营销频道运营：与日常频道运营的筹备工作，协助制定运营规则，推动且高质量执行频道策略的落地；协助优化商品结构、丰富性和竞争力；同时监控且关注频道数据动态，灵活反馈频道运营情况或痛点，及时跟团队共同寻找优化方向或解决方案； 3、供给策略支持：协助团队开展欧洲区域的国际化市场拓展分析，基于目标市场用户需求特征，拆解并分析商城货品供给现状，为供给策略制定提供数据支撑； 4、负责商城生态运营，协助商城生态评估和生态策略运营相关工作；负责日常商城生态质量&画风监控，并定期整理和分析监控结果；参与用户生态研究，分析用户商品消费偏好以及内容特征。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、具备英文工作语言能力（具备基础口语沟通能力）； 3、实习时间4-6个月，每周至少4天，具备扎实的数据分析及挖掘能力，对电商数据有一定敏感度； 4、熟练掌握Excel等办公软件，精通数据透视表、函数等功能，掌握SQL者优先； 5、对电商业务和商品策略感兴趣，拥有清晰的逻辑分析与问题拆解能力，有电商运营/商品策略/战略/商业分析/项目管理相关实习经验优先； 6、具备优秀的沟通协调能力与团队协作意识，工作严谨负责，学习能力强，能够快速响应业务需求。
