日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、商家管理：协助管理鞋/包/配饰/珠宝类目商家日常运营工作，包括资源整合/政策激励/流程申请运营策略调整等指引，并通过数据分析商家增长点，不断提升商家在平台运营能力及GMV规模； 2、跨团队协同完成营销活动：平台级大促协同跟进商家筹备及目标履约，并监控过程数据指标；统筹鞋包行业大促活动方案撰写，预算管理，活动商家数据监控及复盘（含直播、视频、商城渠道）； 3、达人直播合作对接：指导商家匹配差异化选品货盘，帮助行业商家撮合东南亚优质达人，完整跟进达人选品-商家寄样-最终合作-数据监控分析等流程，维护优质达人稳定合作； 4、数据分析：对数据敏感，擅长分析与总结，通过数据分析及市场反馈不断推进业务迭代，推动重点商家的成交及GMV数据上涨。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、每周可实习5天，需保证至少6个月实习时间（若仅3-4个月时间勿投）；耐心负责，具备良好的团队协作能力，沟通能力强，思维活跃，有良好的逻辑性； 3、有电商相关实习经验优先； 4、熟练使用办公软件，且能用英语做书面工作。
