日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、活动管理与执行：组织并跟进商家参与平台直播活动，及时完成各项活动报名，协调资源确保活动落地； 2、商家沟通与支持：解答商家关于直播功能、规则及活动的日常咨询，协助优化商家沟通流程，提升协作效率； 3、文档撰写：撰写面向商家的英文教育文档，确保信息清晰易懂，参与直播活动文案策划，协助设计吸引美国消费者的营销话术； 4、数据分析与洞察：负责直播数据的整理、分析与可视化，搭建数据看板，辅助团队监控业务表现并制定优化策略，定期输出数据报告，提炼关键指标。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、英文口语和书写均达到流利水平，能够在邮件沟通、社交媒体交流以及日常工作中顺畅地使用英语进行沟通； 3、具备数据清理和分析能力，熟练掌握数据分析软件，熟练使用SQL、Excel，精通Excel各种公式，能够独立完成数据的整理、分析及可视化展示工作； 4、有电商平台/电商机构实习经验优先； 5、每周可实习5天，可以实习4个月以上。
