1、负责国际电商供应链与物流方向的商业分析与数据分析；涉及认知发现问题、业务战略策略设计、优化路径设计、体系性监控，进而推动业务正向发展，取得实际结果； 2、在发现诊断问题过程中，深入结合数据与现实认知，寻找真正的根因，并且明确刻画各类问题的重要性； 3、在策略设计过程中，大胆假设，深度结合数据分析，快速模拟、验证，进而形成明确、可落地的优化方案； 4、在策略落地过程中，设计结构化、体系化的监控指标与追踪机制，确保业务的关键环节、敏感环节，及时监控、及时预警，持续优化业务； 5、深度利用AI和系统工具提升上述各环节工作效率，同时，更好规划底层数据资产与建设。

1、2027届获得硕士及以上学位，工商管理/商科、数据、统计学、计算机、运筹学等相关专业优先； 2、有强烈好奇心和问题意识，学习能力强；善于归纳总结研判模式问题；有较强的学习能力和执行力，逻辑清晰、善于表达自己观点并推动落地； 3、有数据分析能力，能够通过数据并结合实地调研发现洞见，提炼规律； 4、英语可作为工作语言； 5、具备战略咨询、商业分析、经营分析、策略分析、数据分析、产品等经验优先； 6、熟练掌握SQL及常用BI分析工具，具备Python、机器学习及建模能力优先。
