日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、支持欧洲互通和英欧互通业务，参与商家调研、市场调研及案例梳理，分析商家在跨区域经营过程中的核心问题与机会点，沉淀可复用的运营洞察； 2、跟踪业务核心指标变化趋势，结合运营动作、商家反馈及业务场景进行原因定位，协助输出阶段性分析结论与优化建议； 3、支持互通发品及库存管理产品功能优化，整体提升商家体验和互通发品成功率； 4、参与商品信息本地化与内容质量优化，包括商品图片翻译相关案例评审、标注及质量反馈，协助提升商品信息覆盖度、准确性与用户理解效率； 5、协助运营电商AI知识库，参与知识内容整理、更新与效果评估，提升AI工具回答准确性与业务适配度。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限，商科、管理、统计、数据分析、语言类等相关背景优先； 2、具有一定的数据感知能力和分析能力，英语可以作为日常工作沟通语言，有SQL或看板经验者优先； 3、具有逻辑性思考、多视角思考（商家视角/平台视角/各职能视角）能力，思维灵活敏捷，愿意协调解决复杂问题，沟通表达清晰； 4、对电商、产品运营或AI工具应用有兴趣，具备较强的学习能力和业务理解能力； 5、工作细致认真，责任心强，具备良好的沟通协作能力、执行力和问题拆解能力； 6、每周至少出勤4天，可出勤5天者优先，能尽快到岗，实习3个月及以上者优先。
