日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、协助完成国内跨境一流梯队商家日常运营沟通和重点项目推进，从0到1帮助商家通过短视频平台出海； 2、挖掘平台特点和商家需求，协助团队跟进和解决商家日常运营问题，梳理商家运营流程并不断迭代； 3、通过数据分析，不断协助商家优化选品、流量策略、内容策略等运营方向。

1、本科及以上学历在读，商科相关专业优先； 2、熟练使用办公软件，具备优秀的审美；对数据敏感，擅长分析与总结； 3、对电商行业有基本了解，熟悉短视频平台及欧美社交媒体更优； 4、英语流利，英文读写能力强，有国际化相关经历、欧美留学背景更优； 5、耐心负责，具备良好的团队协作能力，沟通能力强，思维活跃，逻辑清晰，工作高效； 6、每周可实习5天，可以实习3个月以上。
