日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、达人与机构BD运营：负责发掘、接洽并签约泰国优质达人与机构，协助合作条款谈判，建立并维护长期的互信合作关系； 2、达人成长与组货运营：整理和分析联盟达人的成长数据，支持达人分层管理模型，并持续优化达人成长策略，基于不同达人，制定差异化的货品与场域策略，精准匹配达人带货需求与优质商品，高效撮合达人与品牌方的长期稳定合作； 3、联盟活动与玩法运营：配合团队完成达人营销活动的平台配置及执行落地，负责活动期间的数据监控与收集，协助开展活动复盘，提炼核心洞察与玩法总结。

1、本科及以上学历在读，市场营销、传媒、数据分析等相关专业优先； 2、相关经验者优先；语言能力：中文与泰语均能作为工作语言，能够无障碍地与中泰双方合作伙伴进行跨文化沟通合作； 3、专业技能：对达人运营、直播电商、货盘运营有基本认知和浓厚兴趣；具备社交媒体敏感度，拥有出色的沟通谈判与项目管理能力； 4、数据能力：具备良好的数据处理与分析能力，做事细心严谨，对数据准确性有高度责任感； 5、实习时间：每周可出勤4天及以上，能稳定实习至少4个月（可长期实习者优先考虑）。
