1、负责TikTok Shop欧美内容电商的策略运营工作，围绕用户增长、供给增长、交易转化和生态经营等目标，制定并推动图文、短视频、直播场景下的运营策略落地，提升业务规模、经营效率与整体质量； 2、深入理解欧美市场用户偏好、内容消费习惯及内容电商购买决策路径，结合平台内容生态、商品供给和营销链路，设计拉新、留存、转化及复购策略，持续提升内容、商品与用户需求的匹配效率； 3、结合内容电商运营场景建设商家教育体系与经营方法论，利用AI能力提升教育内容生产、问题诊断、案例分析和增长机会识别的效率与质量，推动运营能力规模化复制； 4、探索AI/大模型在内容生成、经营分析、选品诊断、营销提效和策略迭代等场景中的应用，协同产品、技术、数据等团队推进能力落地，持续优化业务结果与运营模式。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，数据科学、计算机、AI等相关专业优先； 2、对国际化电商、直播电商、策略运营或AI应用方向有浓厚兴趣，具备较强的好奇心和业务敏感度；具备扎实的结构化思考和问题拆解能力，能够围绕用户需求、供给生态、经营链路和业务目标进行分析判断，并形成可落地的策略方案； 3、具备较强的数据意识、学习能力和AI工具实操能力，能够将AI应用于内容生成、问题诊断、案例分析、Workflow搭建或运营提效等实际业务场景，有相关项目或成果者优先； 4、具备良好的沟通协作能力、自驱力和责任心，能够适应跨团队、跨文化的国际化业务环境，英语可作为工作语言。
