岗位介绍 东南亚电商加速发展人才计划面向优秀硕士、MBA毕业生打造高含金量成长赛道，助力你在全球增长速度领先的电商生态快速晋升。项目将于18-24个月内在业务板块轮岗，轮岗期间深度实操一线业务、解决真实经营难题，全面覆盖战略、数据分析、品类增长、运营、专项重点项目等板块。 本项目面向潜力新生代，目标培养未来业务负责人。你将深度对接高层管理者，独立负责重点项目，打磨商业经营、数据分析、团队统筹三大核心能力，适配高速迭代的数字电商增长需求。 完成全部轮岗后，你将胜任TikTok Shop战略岗位或运营岗，直接驱动平台电商生态持续扩张。

轮岗方向 1、商业分析与平台战略：依托数据挖掘行业趋势与业务增长机会，将分析结论转化为可规模化落地战略，支撑全团队业务决策。 2、品类战略：协同品类负责人挖掘增长抓手，包含定价、商品选品、品牌打造、商家扶持、用户运营，统筹新品落地全渠道策略。 3、专项重点项目：牵头跨部门攻坚项目，解决平台级业务痛点，完善整体电商生态体系。 4、品类运营：负责商家、达人入驻引导、培训与前期成长扶持，以数据化方案、标准化运营手册、商家社群优先思维助力商户发展。

岗位职责 1、在TikTok Shop业务轮岗，完整掌握战略、数据分析、品类增长、运营、跨部门项目落地全流程； 2、联动业务、运营、品类、产品、数据团队挖掘增长机会，定位业务痛点，将分析结论转化为落地执行方案； 3、参与新品上市策略、品类增长项目、商家达人扶持计划、平台全域增长项目的方案设计与落地； 4、通过数据与商业分析监控业务表现、评估增长机会、输出优化建议，为管理层决策提供支撑； 5、独立负责重点项目细分模块，包含问题界定、多方协同对齐、落地规划、进度追踪、成果复盘； 6、搭建内外部稳定协作关系，对接商家、达人、跨部门同事及业务管理层；搭建标准化运营手册、优化业务流程、打造长效运营机制，提升经营效率与平台生态规模。

1、2027届获得硕士及以上学位，MBA、商科、经济、管理或相关专业优先； 2、具备探索钻研精神、结构化问题拆解能力，学习吸收速度快； 3、沟通表达清晰高效，擅长对接多元团队与各方对接人；拥有跨部门项目、商业案例大赛、创业项目、业务升级改造项目实操经验加分； 4、具备求知探索精神、快速学习能力、工作责任心；适应不确定性环境、学习速度快，擅长跨部门、多元文化团队协作； 5、有海外留学或跨文化学习背景者加分； 6、对电商、平台、商业战略、运营、科技驱动业务增长抱有强烈兴趣；拥有相关企业实习或全职工作经验者加分。
