1、承担TikTok Shop业务整体反爬虫风控能力建设和运营，为业务提供基于API及各类前端的安全防护能力； 2、深入了解业务爬虫痛点问题，协助业务产出反爬虫产品方案并推动落地，对业务反爬虫效果负责； 3、协调各安全职能团队，提升反爬虫的纵深防御以及安全运营的效率，持续优化迭代； 4、研究流量安全行业动向和反爬虫前瞻探索，借鉴业界的新思路持续优化业务反爬虫风控策略，使业务反爬虫风控处于行业领先水平。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、有互联网反爬虫策略、治理实习经历，接触过反爬虫、流量反作弊方向工作优先； 3、具备攻防思维，了解常见的爬虫技术和数据安全风险及应对； 4、理解各类型流量风控防御措施，并能够灵活应用，包括不限于风险发现、反爬虫策略制定、推动业务反爬虫治理方案落地等。
