1、负责TikTok Shop业务的反爬虫风控能力建设与日常运营，为业务提供稳定、有效的基础安全防护能力； 2、基于大规模流量数据和终端信息，分析访问行为，挖掘爬虫和自动化风险特征，并推动反爬策略和方案落地； 3、协调各安全职能团队，提升反爬虫的纵深防御以及安全运营的效率，持续优化迭代； 4、持续研究流量安全和反爬行业动态，帮助优化业务反爬虫整体能力，使业务反爬虫风控处于行业领先水平。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机专业相关背景； 2、对跨境电商有一定的了解，学习能力强，对安全、风控、反爬方向有明确兴趣，熟悉操作系统原理和网络协议等，了解JS、HTML等Web相关知识，对接口调用流程有基本认知； 3、具备行业研究分析的基础能力，较好的信息收集和处理分析的能力，擅长数据分析（如SQL、Python）优先； 4、做事认真、有责任心，具备良好的沟通能力和推动问题解决的意识。
