日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责引入、管理、激励达人机构，提升平台TAP机构参与度与商业产出，确保TAP短视频GMV增长； 2、与机构、商家及战略合作伙伴建立并维护高层关系，挖掘增长机会，推动跨境合作； 3、与销售、行业、市场、产品、商家及运营团队紧密合作，开发并落地可规模化复制的机构项目、运营工具； 4、为TAP机构及商家搭建运营体系、数据看板、激励机制与成功衡量指标； 5、每周定期监控追踪商家、TAP机构的表现数据，并配置对应的扶持资源。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、具备电商商家运营及机构运营的实操经验； 3、每周可线下实习5天，实习时间至少3个月，可持续4–6个月者优先； 4、具备较强的数据分析能力、结构化思维和数据驱动意识；沟通能力优秀，能够高效协调多个利益相关方； 5、具备良好的英语能力； 6、自驱力强，以目标为导向。
