1、参与国际电商供应链物流相关的数据与算法工程项目，协助团队进行数据生产链路和算法架构的实现与优化； 2、支持业务场景的数据与工程需求分析，在导师指导下参与高性能、高可用架构设计，协助解决工程研发流程中的实际问题，保障系统稳定运行； 3、协助业务架构抽象与沉淀，参与通用能力的设计与复用方案，助力业务快速迭代和技术积累。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程、信息技术、数学等相关专业优先； 2、具备良好的计算机理论基础和编程能力，熟悉至少一门主流后端开发语言（如Go/Java/Python），有相关项目或课程经验者优先； 3、具备优秀的学习能力和自我驱动力，能够快速理解业务需求和技术方案，积极跟进行业前沿技术，对数据工程、算法架构、分布式系统等领域有浓厚兴趣，了解主流数据库（如Redis/MongoDB）、消息队列、搜索引擎等基础组件者优先； 4、具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作意识，能够主动与团队成员交流，推动任务落地，有机器学习、AI大模型、运筹优化相关课程或项目经验者优先； 5、要求每周可实习至少4天，可实习3个月以上。
