1、负责国际化目标市场渠道引流与用户拉新工作，核心围绕渠道流量投放、补贴政策、增长玩法组合，实现新用户规模化获取； 2、基于渠道数据、大盘数据及用户全生命周期表现，制定渠道专属补贴与投放策略，保障渠道ROI与资金使用效率； 3、针对渠道新客行为特征，设计新客留存与复购引导方案，培养用户消费习惯，提升渠道新客复购与转化效率； 4、负责渠道流量承接落地，优化新客首页、频道页及分渠道承接链路，实现投放-承接-转化全路径效率提升； 5、持续深耕国际化目标市场用户与渠道特性，迭代拉新玩法与获客手段，协同商品、产品、算法等团队推进增长方案落地与效果优化。

1、本科及以上学历，2年及以上用户增长、渠道投放、流量运营相关经验，有国际化产品增长或渠道导流经验优先； 2、具备数据驱动增长能力，能通过数据与用户洞察制定渠道引流策略、优化获客链路，深刻理解用户购物决策与渠道转化逻辑； 3、熟练使用商务英语，可独立对接国际化渠道与跨部门协作，有国际化工作、学习或国际化渠道对接经验优先； 4、具备优秀跨团队协同与问题解决能力，快速适应业务变化，接受国际化出差； 5、有电商行业渠道增长、国际化流量投放、用户增长专业方法论者优先。
