1、重点支持拉丁美洲电商业务，作为战略分析师，支持快速增长的拉美电商业务； 2、与产品业务团队合作，通过数据科学的方法，支持和驱动战略专项分析的规划、推动和落地； 3、从战略+数据视角深入分析，思考和发现业务增长本质与规律，结合业务目标和需求，使用多种分析方法和工具，为业务提供洞察和助理，例如量化机会、漏斗分析、路径分析、用户痛点分析和用户分群分析等； 4、指标建设：建设业务指标库，分析指标相关性和重要性，拆解KPI，定义和开发不同场景的核心指标； 5、通过内外部调研、市场研究和垂直行业研究，为业务决策提供有力支持，通过回归、预测、优化等建模方法，挖掘用户行为规律，优化产品形态和用户体验。

1、在复杂业务场景下能分解并抽象问题，具备框架性思维和数据科学能力，结合实际业务问题能定性、定量、建模分析提供可行、完整的落地策略； 2、认可战略研究+经营分析+数据分析结合的价值，喜欢挖掘数据背后的商业本质，能快速学习，沟通协调能力好，主动意识高； 3、3年以上战略/商业分析/数据分析经验，有消费品/电商行业经验优先，有数据科学和算法模型能力加分； 4、精通SQL，熟悉大数据处理框架，有Python/R等编程语言经验强加分； 5、英文可作为工作语言。
